Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan requires no payment information. Paid plan trials also start without a credit card — you only add payment details when you choose to continue past the 30-day trial.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you sign up and choose a paid plan during onboarding, you get 30 days of full access with no restrictions. At the end of the trial you can add a payment method to continue, downgrade to the free plan, or cancel — your data is preserved either way.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your console. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We will notify you before you hit a hard limit. Avatars served to players continue uninterrupted — we do not cut off your live game. You will be prompted to upgrade to continue creating new apps or generating new API keys beyond your plan limit.
Is yearly billing available?
Yes. Switch to yearly billing at any time and save the equivalent of 2 months. The price is billed annually as a single charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings. You retain access until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
